When will I receive my order?

We ship worldwide. When you will receive your order depends on your country. On average we deliver your order within 10-12 business days. This is mainly true for Europe, USA and Canada. All other countries may have a bit longer delivery time. Please read our shipping policy for more details.

What are the shipping costs

The shipping fee you pay depends on your destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over €50.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

When an item is damaged we will send a replacement (on our expense).

Please take a picture of the damaged item and submit a ticket.

My order never arrived. What should I do?

Worldwide shipping is a huge operation. Although we try our very best, sometimes mistakes happen. Should your package have a delivery issue, we can track your order with our suppliers. We will then follow up on your package and find out what’s happened. If your package has been confirmed as lost or stolen, we will send out a replacement straightaway.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please submit a ticket when your ordered hasn’t arrived after 14 days.

How do I track my order?

After we have confirmed your order we will send you a confirmation email.

When we have printed and shipped your order we will send you a second email. This email will contain a tracking link. You will be able to track your order using this link.

Can I change my shipping address?

We understand that typos are made very easily. Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we can absolutely help you with this. Please submit a ticket and we’ll change this for you.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order – if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
